Shipping & Returns

Some items may have Free Shipping:

***FREE SHIPPING when applicable (relevant) is for the lower 48 states only. This means when an ad has Free Shipping this shipping price is for the Continental U.S. only. Any location other than the lower 48 States will incur additional shipping and handling charges.***

***FREE SHIPPING Does Not Include US territories, Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO's. FedEx Ground will not ship to a PO Box and a physical address is required. If you still want the item shipped to a PO Box you are required to pay additional shipping charges before we ship your item.***

We do everything we can to ship your order out as soon as possible - your satisfaction is our success! We ask that you allow 1 business day for processing and completion of your order. Provided that the order is completed and paid, we'll do everything we can to get it out within 1 business day!

Your actual shipping and handling charge is automatically calculated during our easy checkout process unless otherwise noted. All orders shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. will ship via FedEx or the United States Postal Service. It is our choice based on the product size and weight.

We can't ship to P.O. Boxes with FedEx Ground. Using a P.O. Box will only cause delays and will incur additional shipping charges.

FREIGHT ORDERS: Please make sure your order has your phone number included. Not providing this will only cause delays.

We offer free local pick up at our offices in Tallahassee Florida during normal business hours. Direct pick-up at our warehouse is permitted.

Pricing for shipping is listed on each item. Shipping costs are not negotiable. 

We ship to you via FedEx. Tracking numbers and information are provided to you automatically when your item is processed.

International Shipments

Orders are available to ship via USPS and will incur an additional handling charge. Free Shipping is not applicable to international shipments.All shipments will ship via USPS and we cannot ship any item over 69lbs. Depending on your location it will take an estimated 6-10 (or more) days for arrival. Shipments may be charged GST, Duty or Import charges upon their arrival in your country. You will be responsible for these charges. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to determine what, if any; charge you may be responsible for.

For the purposes of pricing, we use the "USPS Priority Mail" shipping setting in our listings. This is for calculating shipping charges only for your convenience. Your order will be shipped via USPS. eBay does not make provision for sellers to offer FedEx shipping quotes and flat rate shipping for international shipping charges is not feasible.

Canadian Shipments

We love to ship to our neighbors to the north! We've long enjoyed "Non-Resident Importer" status for shipments to Canada. When Canadian customers have completed their checkout all brokerage duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We will always give the lowest possible shipping prices guaranteed. All shipments to Canada will  Canada will ship via USPS and we cannot ship any item over 69lbs

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt of your item. Please contact us through the eBay message center, so we can resolve the problem. It is your responsibility as a customer to check the contents of your product upon arrival.

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.--NO EXCEPTIONS. An RMA must be requested, then granted from American Hunter Inc, and emailed to the buyer, to initiate a return, exchange, or if you have received a damaged or defective product. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package, as well as a printed copy of the completed RMA form inside of the package. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. **Unauthorized returns will be refused!**

Cancellations or returns of any kind on already shipped items will incur a 15% restocking fee to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for: return shipping costs, as well as sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition. Used products WILL NOT be accepted. We will either, replace the item with an identical item, or issue you a refund for the value of the item, minus the 15% restocking fee.

** Please Note: If the item you purchased had free shipping; the actual shipping cost (as calculated by FedEx or The USPS) will be deducted from your refund.**

If necessary, WE shall file a damage claim. The product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at OUR EXPENSE. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.

Returns on the following items WILL NOT be accepted:

** ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN USED**

  • Modular Wheelchair Ramps
  • Photography items ( due to many abusing this privilege, use and return)
  • Hitch adapter and extensions that have been installed.
  • USED Pet Products
  • Used Foot Massagers
  • Golf Tents
  • Generators
  • Clearance Items- (Clearance items are clearly advertised as " clearance items" or "as is", so you know before you buy.


ALL returned items are subject to inspection for damage before a refund is issued. Product must be in new usable condition or a restocking fee may apply.

Warranty
We offer a 14-day return-or-exchange warranty and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on most products. We make no warranties or guarantees, either expressly, or implicit beyond this period unless explicitly stated. This warranty does not apply to products that are used for purposes other than their intended use and/or design, nor does it apply to products that have been modified in any way. Any shipping expenses are not included with warranty claims. We offer free local pick up for new product or parts replacement to avoid any additional shipping expense.
